Dr Vitali has cared for our dog Woody Burke for a long time prior to opening a business in Aberdare. We have faced numerous challenges with Woody’s health but each time we face these challenges, Dr Vitali and his team are the most truest team you could ever meet and want your beloved pet cared for by. The level of experience and professionalism is first class and that includes customer service, diplomacy, empathy, the list is endless!

Thank you for everything Dr Vitali & Team. Sharon & Steven Burke. Aberdare.

Brilliant team here at the practice!

Helped so much with a badly infected wound on my cat, been so thorough and so helpful with insurance claims! All been so lovely and understanding! They’re usually quite busy but show such care and attention alongside such professionalism!

Thank you so much!

I recently had need of an out of hours vet when my daughter’s elderly hamster quickly deteriorated and was very distressed. The price quoted by my own practice out of hours service was shocking, so I reached out to Happy Paws. I’m so glad I did. If I was local I would absolutely register my pets here. Vitalie couldn’t have been kinder, showing such empathy to both my daughter and her hamster. Despite the late hour, he was patient and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. As another reviewer said, he is more concerned with animals than money. I completely agree, and highly recommend this vets practice.

Amazing vets, Dr Vitalie took such great care of my dog and was quick to diagnose when she had such a bad infection and saved her life. The team were all also amazing and very quick to assure me that Bailey was in safe hands.

Will forever be grateful. Highly recommend!

We were on holiday, hours away from our vets when our dog injured his eye. Happy Paws were so accommodating, squeezing us in around other appointments to make sure he got the treatment he needed. Once there, they were so kind, welcoming and understanding – my dog got all the treatment he needed and is feeling much more like himself!

Despite their packed schedule they were the only vets we called that day (6+ were tried that were closer) who were more than happy to make the time for us, thank you!
